hello pals! i’ve put together a step-by-step guide about how i make BGC clutter. it’s by no means the only/best way to do it, but rather a process that i have gotten used to while doing [my clutter series](<https://anvilesi.tumblr.com/ts4cc-buybuild/#buyclutter>).

i tried to make it as beginner friendly as possible, but you still need a basic knowledge of Blender (i.e.: how to move/scale objects) and a familiarity with its interface, as well as importing/exporting assets with Sims4Studio.

lastly, please keep in mind that i like to ramble a lot, and also english is not my native language, so there may be incomprehensible or insufferably pedantic bits in this tutorial. my apologies for that in advance.

you can find the tutorial on [my google documents here](<https://href.li/?https://docs.google.com/document/d/1KCB8F5aekV63rB0P789Fo_qSH1hly8psg3ZuE7yXbbc/edit?usp=sharing>).

**note:** i was planning to add more on to this guide, such as how to add an alpha map to your mesh (though i recommend using a mesh with transparency already enabled, such as plants), but i ran out of steam while putting this together. if there’s any interest, however, i can add it later on as an addendum.
